Specialises in issues involving administrative law aspects of construction projects, including in the fields of construction law, spatial planning and environmental protection, to which he devoted his doctoral thesis entitled "The Principle of Proportionality in Local Spatial Planning".
Advises at all stages of construction projects, from obtaining administrative decisions, including environmental decisions, location decisions and building permits, to initiating appeal proceedings.
Represents clients before public administrative authorities and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.
Supports due diligence processes in the area of public law obligations, including environmental protection and waste management.
Author of numerous scientific and popular science publications on sustainable investments and construction law.
Lecturer at the European School of Law and Administration.
Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
