Advises at the pre-trial stage, on the existence and extent of potential risks of criminal liability. Participates in internal investigations and in the preparation and implementation of procedures for dawn raids.
Also supports clients in corporate disputes, business processes, disputes relating to unfair competition and breach of personal rights.
Author of numerous publications on criminal law, including commentaries on the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure, and articles published in the prestigious legal journals Państwo i Prawo and Przegląd Sądowy.
