  • Has handled numerous restructuring projects in domestic and international capital groups, including cross-border mergers involving Polish entities as both acquirer and target.
  • Leading legal advisor in the formation of Poland's first Corporate Venture Capital funds.
  • Advises clients on corporate matters, e.g. selecting optimum operating form and the formation, functioning, transformation, merger, demerger and liquidation of business entities.
  • Has extensive experience in advising on corporate disputes at both pre-litigation and litigation stages.
  • Supports clients in areas relating to creation of corporate governance, supervision and management liability.
  • Has headed the Wrocław office since 2012.
