Represents taxpayers in penal fiscal proceedings.
Specializes on the liablity of management board members for tax arrears.
Advises and represent clients in tax audits and tax litigation proceedings, including assessment of tax, tax-rulings, customs and overpayments (at the level of tax authorities and at the judicial phase).
Has a great deal of experience in disputes regarding income tax (CIT and PIT), VAT, including so-called “carousel fraud” and tax liability of the board members for company’s overdue.
Member of The Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.
