- Advises clients at pre-trial, court and enforcement stages.
- Represents clients before ordinary and arbitration courts, including in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Court of Arbitration at the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Poland.
- Has been attorney-in-fact in numerous disputes involving tort liability and disputes arising from contractual obligations, including those involving claims for damages.
- Advises clients in the construction, automotive, investment, agricultural and breeding sectors.
- Co-author of publications on civil proceedings and author of numerous commentaries on Supreme Court case law.
