Special economic zones

We provide comprehensive legal advisory to investors at all stages of investment planning and implementation in special economic zones (SEZ). Our advisory services cover, e.g.:

  • developing the legal structure for investment projects based on sector specifics and opportunities to obtain state aid,
  • support in applying for state aid other than tax relief in SEZ for new investments, e.g. government grants or real estate tax exemption,
