We have advised on PGNiG S.A. discount scheme

DZP has provided legal advisory to Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA on the introduction of the first ever discount scheme for strategic gas customers.

The "Uwolnienie Cen" discount scheme is addressed to PGNiG S.A.'s largest gas customers in Poland and gives reductions on tariff gas sale prices. The decision to introduce the discount scheme is a key step in liberalising the gas market in Poland.

DZP advised on the development of the discount scheme concept and preparation of the legal documentation. The person responsible for the support given to the client in this project was Paweł Grzejszczak, Partner in the Infrastructure and Energy Practice.
