DZP finalises another acquisition for Bauer Media

DZP has advised Bauer Media Group on the purchase of 100% of shares in Mediasoft Polska sp. z o.o., a company operating under the eBroker Group name. The company is a leading player in the lead generation segment of performance marketing for financial institutions. As with Rankomat.pl, which was also purchased several days ago with our help, the company will be part of the Interia.pl group.

As eBroker Group has a strong, stable market position, its inclusion in Interia.pl group will provide a perfect complement to its competences and create a powerful player on the insurance and financial products market. Mediasoft Polska sp. z o.o. is a performance marketing firm which specialises in generating leads in the financial sector. It is the owner of eBroker.pl, a financial products comparison engine which also publishes content on investment advice and savings, and also the videofinanse.pl, biznes-firma.pl and opinie24.pl websites.

We have been providing comprehensive legal assistance to Bauer Group for many years. In this transaction we acted for the client during the acquisition process, carrying out a due diligence, drafting the share purchase agreement and ancillary agreements, and negotiating the transaction itself.
