TAKT and Multi Packaging Solutions join forces

Domański Zakrzewski Palinka has advised the American company Multi Packaging Solutions on a strategic alliance agreement with TAKT sp. z o.o. to serve the European multi‐media market. The two companies have worked together before, so the agreement was the natural result of successful cooperation and will allow the two entities to combine their strengths and ensure consistency to clients who will benefit from the even closer alliance.

TAKT is a Polish CD/DVD and packaging manufacturer located in the South of Poland, in Bolesław near Kraków.

MPS specialises in packaging solutions for the healthcare and other markets. It already serves the print and specialty packaging needs of the North American and European multi-media market and this agreement will enhance its capabilities in Europe. MPS is a portfolio company of Carlyle Group and of Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC.
