DZP experts involved in sale of Kakadu retail chain

DZP advised  private equity funds managed by ARX Equity Partners upon the sale of all the shares in Kakadu sp. z o.o. to Super Zoo s.r.o.

Stephon Holdings (managed by ARX) invested in Kakadu in March 2009 supporting the company’s organic growth in the following years. Currently Kakadu has 41 specialist pet shops in Poland in the traditional pet product sales channel while it also owns and operates the e-shop Telekarma. For Plaček Holding, owner of Super Zoo, this transaction means reinforcement of its retail business in Central and Eastern Europe and new market opportunities.

Our assistance focused on preparing transaction documentation comprehensively.
