Another FBSerwis transaction supported by DZP

DZP has advised FBSerwis, a subsidiary of Ferrovial Services International and Budimex, on the purchase of 80% of shares in Amest Kamieńsk, a company that operates a mechanical biological waste treatment plant and waste landfill with Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant status.

This is the second transaction in 12 months in which FBSerwis has purchased shares in a company operating on the waste management market. In March 2015 FBSerwis acquired the Dolny Śląsk company Pro Eko Natura (now FBSerwis Dolny Śląsk) on which DZP’s experts also advised.

Supported by its international experience FBSerwis provides, e.g. full-range real estate services, infrastructure and industry maintenance and environmental services including on an increasing scale waste management and transport.
