Idea Bank sells GetBack with DZP's assistance

DZP advised Idea Bank SA on the sale of GetBack SA, a non-performing loan recovery business, and on the related reorganisation of its debt portfolio. The transaction value was PLN 825 million. The buyer was the private equity fund Abris Capital Partners and co-investors.

We carried out a legal due diligence of GetBack (vendor’s due diligence) and advised on the transaction structure and in negotiating the transaction documents.

The GetBack sale demonstrates Idea Bank and Getin Holding Group's approach to this type of transaction, particularly its intent to maintain current business links and rules of cooperation between the seller and the target.
