DZP wins in Supreme Administrative Court in VAT case

We represented a pharmaceutical company in an emergency procedure (to annul tax decisions) before the tax authorities and administrative courts in a VAT case.

After a lengthy and procedurally complex administrative battle, followed by a court case that ended in the Supreme Administrative Court, we managed to have the decisions refusing annulment adopted by the authorities at both instances effectively set aside. Our efforts brought our client over PLN 8 mln plus interest accrued over several years.
