SBB Energy buys a controlling interest in ELMAX

SBB Energy, which has operated for over 20 years in the power sector and industry, has acquired a majority shareholding in "ELMAX" Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo-Handlowe Andrzej Hołub sp. z o.o. based in Opole. We advised SBB Energy on the acquisition of over 50% of shares in ELMAX and helped draw up the terms on which the remaining shares would be purchased in the future.

The project was led by Robert Niczyporuk and Przemysław Furmaga in the Corporate and M&A Practice. Maciej Wasilewski also advised on the transaction.

In this transaction our advice involved a legal due diligence of ELMAX, negotiating the transaction terms and conditions and preparing the transaction documentation. SBB Energy's acquisition of ELMAX will help strengthen SBB's position in the power sector and industry.
