Polish broadcaster TVN sells Mango Media

We advised the Polish broadcaster TVN on sale of 100% of shares of Mango-Media sp. z o.o. (company offering the teleshopping services and online sales of goods) to Studio Moderna Polska sp. z o.o.

The sale was concluded after months of negotiations between the two parties. The deal included deferred payment structure, agreements on cooperation between the target (comparatively new company) and seller’s group following the completion, non-competition and non-solicitation legal matters.

The sale will allow the broadcaster, which is owned by Scripps Networks Interactive, to consolidate its portfolio and focus on the development of its core business.
