Puratos takes over another bakery company

Domański Zakrzewski Palinka advised the Belgian company Puratos on the acquisition of an enterprise belonging to Nutrico Group sp. z o.o. SKA.

DZP advised on all aspects of Polish law and carried out a due diligence, structured the transaction, prepared the transaction documentation, and negotiated and closed the transaction.

The transaction has led to an increase in the scale of the Puratos Group business and has strengthened its position on the Polish baked goods market.
