Flavourtec sells shares and acquires the investor

Domański Zakrzewski Palinka advised Flavourtec, a leading European manufacturer of e-liquids for e-cigarettes, in a share sale and acquisition of the investor transaction in which the current shareholders and the TarHeel Capital fund will cooperate, each holding 50% of shares in the company.

The law firm's assistance included advice on the investment agreement and corporate actions related to the transaction.

The transaction has enabled Flavourtec to dynamically develop its business by strengthening its position by using the fund's potential and support.
