IPO of Open Finance S.A. shares - advisory for Getin Noble Bank

DZP advised Getin Noble Bank S.A., as the seller, and Open Finance S.A., as the issuer, on an IPO of Open Finance S.A. shares.

Our advisory covered drawing up and carrying out the share issue, drawing up the prospectus and ensuring that it was approved, and introducing shares to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Our lawyers also advised on market communications, on restructuring the pre-IPO shareholding structure and on creating and implementing a manger option scheme based on subscription warranties. Project value was PLN 445.5 million.
