Millions from EBI for Poznań municipal company

The Poznań municipal company, Zarząd Komunalnych Zasobów Lokalowych sp. z o.o., has with our support signed a PLN 178 million loan agreement with the European Investment Bank.

The loan will be used to finance a municipal investment programme, i.e. to build over 1,000 new local authority and social houses, to refurbish old tenement buildings (particularly thermal insulation and conservation works) and to modernise healthcare clinic buildings. This is one of the first agreements in Poland to be concluded by the EBI under the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI).
