Sale of shares in Artgeist Sp. z o.o. from Wrocław to Resource Partners fund

In December 2018, we successfully completed a transaction to sell 70% of shares held by the owner of Artgeist Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław to a Resource Partners fund.

Artgeist is a leading Wrocław manufacturer and e-seller of paintings, posters and photographic wallpaper currently through e-shops in 17 European states.

The transaction was one of the largest on the private market in 2018.
