Energa-Operator wins its case

The Law Firm represented Energa-Operator in a dispute with PSE Operator over transmission charges. The value of the dispute was over PLN 120 million.

DZP took over the case after the client had sustained a defeat in the second instance court. In the Supreme Court we obtained a judgment overturning the Court of Appeal ruling and we then went on to win the case in the Court of Appeal. The court dismissed PSE’s claim and our client received reimbursement of amounts that had been paid.
