SJM Development’s dispute with investor settled in favour of our client

The Law Firm represented development company SJM Development in a dispute with an investor, Dominikański Investment, over rescission of a development agreement.

After taking the case over from another law firm after it was lost at the first instance stage, in March of this year we brokered a settlement that was favourable for our client. The value of the dispute was over PLN 24 million.
