DZP advises on the acquisition of Buma Group by Reino Capital and RF Corval International

We have advised the owners of the Buma Group on the acquisition by a consortium of Reino Capital and RF Corval International. The holding acquired comprises over 20 companies and assets of a total gross value of approx. PLN 1.3 billion.

The Buma Group operates mainly in the office and residential investment, property management and general contracting sector.

The parties have concluded preliminary conditional agreements and the final sale agreements will be concluded once the conditions are met.
