First nuclear power plant in Poland - advisory for PGE EJ1

DZP is providing legal advisory on a project involving the construction by PGE EJ Sp. z o.o. of the first nuclear power plant in Poland with output of 3,000 MW.

We are advising on the preparation of a draft contract for services covering environmental tests, location tests and services to obtain the licences and permits needed for the investment.

The project is being carried out by Infrastructure and Energy Practice experts led by Paweł Grzejszczak.
