Capital City of Warsaw - 1,580 bus/tram shelters

DZP is advising on the first project carried out by the Capital City of Warsaw based on the Act on Concessions for Construction Works and Services of 2009. The project involves the construction of bus/tram shelters.

Our advisory covers, e.g. developing a transaction structure and negotiating strategy and drawing up the tender documentation and the draft concession agreement. It also involves selecting a concession holder.

To date this is the only project in Poland carried out under the Act on Concessions for Construction Works and Services of 2009. The concession covers 1,580 bus/tram shelters in Warsaw. The project is already at the negotiating stage and talks are being held with potential partners. The value of the concession is approx. PLN 100 million.

The project is being carried out by the Infrastructure and Energy Practice and is led by Marcin Krakowiak.
