DZP advised on the restructuring of Getin Holding group

The Law Firm Domański Zakrzewski Palinka advised on the restructuring of the Getin Holding group, which is controlled by Dr Leszek Czarnecki.

The restructuring started with Getin Holding's acquisition in 2011 of Allianz Bank Polska S.A. and the spin-off to this bank of a Getin Holding branch comprising 93.71% of shares in Getin Noble Bank. The transaction was finalised on 2 January 2012. At the next stage Getin Noble Bank was merged with Get Bank (formerly Allianz Bank Polska S.A.) completed on 1 June 2012.
