DZP Real Estate Practice advised YIT in a transaction involving the development and sale of over 1,000 rental units in Warsaw

Lawyers from DZP’s Real Estate Practice advised YIT, the largest developer in Finland and one of the key residential developers on the Polish market, in a transaction concerning the design, construction and sale of over 1,000 rental units in four projects in Warsaw. This is one of the largest transactions in the PRS (Private Rented Sector) in our region.

The buyer of the units is the Danish fund NREP, a leading real estate fund and investor in the Nordic countries.

The transaction has several stages and the parties have recently signed a package of agreements closing another particularly important stage of the project.
