DZP supports City of Warsaw in raising financing for construction of second metro line

DZP has supported the Capital City of Warsaw in raising financing for one of the capital's most important projects – construction of the second metro line.

DZP's work included advice on negotiating a loan agreement with the European Investment Bank. The full amount of the PLN 1.9 billion loan is to be drawn down by 2023.

Rafał Grochowski, Partner, and Anna Kuczewska, Senior Associate, from the infrastructure finance and debt issuance team were responsible for the transaction.
