Swedish company from the IT industry acquires the Polish leader in the field of advanced simulations

DZP advised the Swedish company Addnode Group AB, listed on NASDAQ Stockholm, upon the purchase of all shares in Budsoft sp. z o.o., Polish leader in advanced simulations used in the automotive, aerospace and defense, construction, machinery manufacturing, energy and utilities, and other sectors.

By acquiring Budsoft, the Addnode Group, including TECHNIA,  leader in PLM expertise, strengthened its position as a global provider of the highest quality simulation software, services and training.

We advised at every stage of the transaction, from conducting the due diligence, through drafting transaction documentation and negotiations, to closing the transaction and supporting the client in further post-transaction activities related to the acquisition of the company.
