DZP advises owners of Snap Outdoor sp. z o.o. on sale of 80% stake

A DZP team has advised the founders and shareholders of Snap Outdoor sp. z o.o. on the sale of 80% of its shares to Enterprise Investors.

Snap Outdoor is a distributor of outdoor clothing and equipment and the owner of the 8a.pl brand, the most popular e-commerce shop in Poland dedicated to active tourism and mountain sports. Due to the transaction and the acquisition of a new investor, Snap Outdoor is now planning to expand its operations to other Central and Eastern European countries.

Our advice covered all stages of the transaction, from support during a due diligence through pre-transaction restructuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation to transaction closing.
