DZP advised JOYSONQUIN in connection with construction of new factory in Wałbrzych

DZP advised JOYSONQUIN Automotive Systems Polska upon preparing and negotiating a contract for the construction of a new manufacturing plant with Atlas Ward Polska.

The project is being implemented in the “Invest Park” Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, and its construction is to be completed in the second quarter of 2022. As part of the project, the production and warehouse building as well as office and social space will be developed. The factory will produce door and cockpit components for premium cars such as Mercedes, BMW and Audi. The project value is PLN 120 million.
