PLL LOT – sale and lease-back of an office building in Warsaw

The Law Firm advised PLL LOT S.A. on the sale and lease-back of an office building in Warsaw at ulica 17 Stycznia 43 in which PLL LOT S.A. has its registered office.

The advice involved full-range legal and tax services for the transaction and covered, e.g. drawing up and negotiating transaction documents and internal corporate documents for the real estate vendor, which was to be the building’s future lessee.
