Efecte, European software leader, buys shares in Polish company listed on NewConnect

DZP has advised Efecte Plc, a software company providing clients with solutions for, among other things, IT service management, in a process to prepare a tender offer for shareholders in InteliWISE S.A.

Efecte announced an offer to purchase shares in InteliWISE under which current shareholders can sell their shares by the end of June 2022 at a price 85.6% higher than the price at the closing of NewConnect on the day preceding the offer. The total value of the offer based on all InteliWISE shares is approx. PLN 27.4 million. The majority of InteliWISE's current shareholders have announced their intention to take up the offer.

If the transaction is completed successfully, our client will gain access to the company's conversational AI technology with which it will strengthen and enhance its platform, while enabling the digitisation and automation of its users. The transaction is also part of Efecte's strategy to strengthen its position as European software leader as an alternative to the global US and Asian companies that provide employee support technologies. The transaction will also enable Efecte to enter the Polish market.
