DZP advises SATOIA on the sale of investment properties

DZP advised SATOIA S.A., a Wrocław-based company specialising in preparing land for industrial and logistics investments, during the sale of investment properties located near Wrocław along the A4 motorway corridor. SATOIA specialises in finding attractively located land, which it then transforms into optimal locations for its clients' businesses.

In the transaction, our client sold properties comprising a warehouse and logistics centre developed by the company in Kąty Wrocławskie. The space was purchased by group companies P3 (approx. 29 ha) and ECE (approx. 15 ha).
