DZP has advised on the acquisition of a 60 MW photovoltaic farm project

DZP has advised MET Renewables AG, an integrated European energy company, headquartered in Switzerland, with activities in natural gas and power markets, focused on multi-commodity wholesale trading and sales, as well as energy infrastructure and industrial assets, in the process of purchase a photovoltaic farm project from Polish company Toren S.A.

Thanks to the transaction, our client will expand its portfolio of renewable energy investments in Europe and add to it its first Polish project . The solar power plant is expected to achieve ready-to-build status in 2023.

DZP has advised the client on drafting and negotiating the share purchase agreement and the development service agreement with the Polish company which will develop the project until the RtB status.
