DZP advises Podobneo on the sale of shares in LangMedia

Lawyers from the Capital Markets & Financial Institutions Practice have advised on the sale of a 51% stake in LangMedia to Tutore Poland.

We supported our client, Podobneo sp. z o.o., throughout the transaction – from the preparation of documentation, through negotiations, to transaction closing.

LangMedia is one of the leaders on the language school market, supporting online learning. Its portfolio includes tools such as the eTutor.pl language platform, the Diki.pl Polish-English and English-Polish dictionary and the Becorrect.com language checking tool.

For Tutore Poland, the acquisition of shares in LangMedia is a continuation of its strategy to expand its existing classroom model to include online learning.
