Resource Partners fund buys another company in the food sector

The Law Firm provided tax advisory to the company Resource Partners during the due diligence and purchase of the Delic-Pol capital group with its registered office in Kamyk, near Częstochowa.

Resource Partners is one of the most active private equity investors in the region, specialising in consumer goods and services, with capital of EUR 293.4 million. The Delic-Pol investment was part of a strategy to support Polish businesses with product and geographic expansion.
