Advice in financing round – medical startup raises PLN 14 million for development

DZP has advised startup OASIS Diagnostics in a financing round that will see the company receive nearly PLN 14 million for further development. The investor that took up all the shares in this round is Vinci S.A. Hitech S.K.A., a fund owned by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, which provides capital to technology companies at various levels of development.

OASIS Diagnostics is a startup in the medical technology sector which is working to advance obstetrics care through the introduction of innovative diagnostics. Its main objective is to implement innovative and clinically tested medical equipment that will improve not only obstetrics standards, but also the quality of life of women after childbirth.
