DZP advises IMCD on the acquisition of shares in a leading manufacturer of natural oils

As part of an international team coordinated by Jones Day, we have advised IMCD N.V., a leading supplier of speciality chemicals and functional food additives in Poland, on the acquisition of a 90% stake in O&3 Limited.

O&3 Limited is a leading supplier of speciality natural ingredients to the global cosmetics and personal care products markets. The company boasts a broad and diverse portfolio of clients, from well-known global brands to manufacturers and retailers.

However, the two entities participating in the transaction are united not only by the area of activity of suppliers and customers, but also by their organisational culture and future development goals.

DZP's work included a legal due diligence and transaction advice.
