DZP advises Bloober Team on its debut on the WSE’s main market

Bloober Team, our client, is an independent Polish producer of computer games known mainly for psychological horror stories. The company, in line with its strategy for 2023-2027, moved from the NewConnect market, where it had been listed since 2011. This was the first move to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2024 and was not accompanied by issuing new shares.

To transfer its shares from NewConnect to the main market, Bloober Team filed a prospectus in September 2023, and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved it in the last days of 2023.

DZP supported Bloober Team in the entire process of admission and introduction of its shares to the main trading floor of WSE, from drafting the prospectus and other corporate documents, to conducting a legal review, to representing the client in the proceedings for approval of the prospectus by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

DZP cooperated with the Navigator Brokerage House in drafting the business parts of the prospectus.
