New investor for Allenort group

DZP has advised the Allenort clinic chain on the sale of 40% of the company's shares to a new investor. The founders of the chain, Grzegorz Goryszewski and Marek Szufladowicz, retain a majority 60% shareholding and will continue to manage the Allenort Group companies.

The Allenort Group has operated since 1991 and is a group of companies dealing with highly-specialised medicine and advisory within the framework of the medical business conducted. It carries out medical projects and runs healthcare centres, hospitals, clinics, sanatoria and rehabilitation and diagnostic centres.
