DZP supports MRTI with implementation of an automatic traffic monitoring system

DZP is supporting the Main Road Transport Inspectorate (MRTI) with implementation of a project entitled "Development of an automatic traffic monitoring system (construction of an automatic traffic monitoring system control centre)".

We are providing full-range legal services, e.g. in public procurement proceedings for the purchase and supply of photo radar equipment, the purchase and modernisation of a building housing the Automatic Traffic Monitoring System Centre and also IT systems and software for MRTI. The DZP team also provided day-to-day advice to MRTI on implementation of its new tasks, rendering full-range advisory on administrative law, civil law, intellectual property law, and personal data protection law.

Total project value is EUR 50 million.

The project is being carried out by the Infrastructure and Energy Practice and is led by Marcin Krakowiak.
