DZP successfully ends case over change of deadlines for developing real estate on Trakt Królewski

DZP’s Real Estate Practice has successfully ended a case for one of the largest insurance companies in Poland over a change in the deadlines for developing Real estate in Warsaw.

The real estate was given in perpetual usufruct to one of our clients several years ago. Negotiations in this respect were held with Warsaw City Hall’s Real Estate Management Office, which also conducted administrative proceedings to impose an additional charge for failure to develop the real estate by the originally agreed deadline. As a result of the negotiations, the City of Warsaw and our client signed an agreement changing the deadlines and the administrative proceedings over the additional charge were discontinued.
