Purchase of Pendolino trains - advisory for PKP Intercity

DZP is providing legal advice on the implementation of a project entitled "Organisation of inter-voivodship passenger rail services including an infrastructure element (purchase of rolling stock)".

The project covers organisation by the Infrastructure Minister of inter-voivodship passenger rail services including an investment element comprising the purchase by PKP Intercity of rolling stock, e.g. Pendolino trains.

Total project value is EUR 887,500,500.

The project is being carried out by the Infrastructure and Energy Practice and is led by Aleksandra Auleytner.
