Sale of shares in glues market leader

The Corporate and M&A Practice and the Tax Practice have advised the shareholders in Zakłady Chemiczne Bochem sp. z o.o. on the sale of shares in the company, which produces glues, laminates and release agents. Founded in 1991, the company is currently the leader on the glues market in Poland. Bochem has been taken over by the Belgian company Soudal, producer of sealants, PU-Foams and adhesives.

DZP's advice covered organising the bid submission process and participation in bid assessment, support in negotiations with the buyer and in signing the share purchase agreement.
