Polish/Spanish consortium to collect waste from Poznan agglomeration

18.08.2014 Poznan Agglomeration Waste Management Inter-municipal Association signed a contract with a consortium of the companies FB Serwis SA and Cespa Compañia Española de Servicios Públicos Auxiliares SA for the collection of mixed and green municipal waste and for management of separately collected waste in the Poznan agglomeration.

DZP wins in SAC – bus/tram shelters in Warsaw not threatened

14.05.2014 13 May 2014 the Supreme Administrative Court dismissed a cassation appeal filed by the CAM Polska Outdoor sp. z o.o./CAM Media S.A. consortium over the bid submitted by the AMS/Stroer Polska consortium being selected in a procedure to construct and operate bus/tram shelters by way of a concession for works conducted by the Public Transport Authority in Warsaw.

Incineration plant in Poznan – security transactions concluded

17.04.2014 The municipal waste thermal treatment plant in Poznan is not only the first incineration plant in Poland to be built by a PPP, the first hybrid project of this scale, but is also the first local government investment in which non-standard solutions as regards project financing structure have been implemented.

Successful end to ARX investment

19.12.2013 DZP advised ARX Equity Partners on exiting an investment in a leading Polish plastics producer ERGIS-EUROFILMS S.A. The exit was carried out through the sale of shares in a company holding a controlling shareholding in ERGIS-EUROFILMS S.A. to its current managers.

New investor for Allenort group

15.08.2013 DZP has advised the Allenort clinic chain on the sale of 40% of the company's shares to a new investor. The founders of the chain, Grzegorz Goryszewski and Marek Szufladowicz, retain a majority 60% shareholding and will continue to manage the Allenort Group companies.
