07.02.2013 DZP played the role of legal adviser to PGE EJ 1 Sp. z o.o., which on 7 February signed a contract with a consortium of WorleyParsons Nuclear Services JSC, WorleyParsons International Inc. and WorleyParsons Group Inc. to conduct site and environmental tests in connection with the construction of the first nuclear power plant in Poland with output of approx. 3,000 MW.
05.02.2013 On 4 February 2013 DZP obtained another Court of Appeal judgment favourable for the capital city of Warsaw in a dispute over the City's use of buildings in the historic complex at ul. Senatorska.
01.02.2013 DZP is advising Enea Wytwarzanie S.A. on the construction of the most innovative power block in Europe with gross output of 1,075 MW. The coal-fired block is being built in Świerże Górne near Kozienice and the investment value is PLN 6.4 billion.

28.12.2012 DZP provided legal advice to Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. on the sale of shares in a subsidiary, Petrolot Sp. z o.o. Petrolot provides aircraft fuelling services at 12 Polish commercial and flying club airports and it is the largest company providing services of this type in Poland.

05.09.2012 On 5 September this year, an ad hoc arbitration tribunal in administrative proceedings before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague dismissed in full a claim brought by the company TRACO Deutsche Travertin Werke GmbH against the Republic of Poland.

21.06.2012 DZP is advising Kredyt Bank S.A. on a merger with BZ WBK S.A. The merger will be carried out through the transfer of all the assets of Kredyt Bank, as the target company, to BZ WBK, as the acquiring company.
