27.03.2012 DZP wins Pałac Błękitny [Blue Palace] at ul. Senatorska in Warsaw case: claims cannot be brought against all holders for remuneration for non-contractual use of real estate.
20.03.2012 DZP advised PLL LOT S.A. on the sale of LOT AMS Sp. z o.o., an aircraft servicing and repair company. Transaction value in the range of several hundred million zloty.
20.03.2012 DZP advised Raisio on the purchase of an organised part of the enterprise of PPH Sulma Sp. z o.o. ZPCh, a producer of pasta and groats. The advisory covered not only the sale of assets but also rights to product trademarks.
15.03.2012 The Law Firm provided tax advisory to the company Resource Partners during the due diligence and purchase of the Delic-Pol capital group with its registered office in Kamyk, near Częstochowa.

01.12.2011 DZP advised Glencore, one of the largest global players on the goods and raw materials market, on a project involving the acquisition of Zakłady Tłuszczowe in Bodaczów and the restructuring of the company’s liabilities towards a mezzanine fund and banks.
30.09.2011 The Law Firm represented Energa-Operator in a dispute with PSE Operator over transmission charges. The value of the dispute was over PLN 120 million.
