The pandemic has forced remote operations. It is more difficult to meet, sign documents, even send them by post. However, regardless of the current situation, for some time now the legislator has been encouraging certain actions to be taken not in traditional forms. What options does this give for conducting company affairs or representing companies? In what situations is there no longer any alternative? We invite you to our webinar, where we will talk about selected legal aspects of companies operating "remotely".

The webinar will be led by Maciej Ciszkiewicz, Senior Associate and Michał Kucharski, Associate from the Corporate and M&A Practice.
