Business and Law Circle 2022

On June 22, another edition of the Business and Law Circle meeting will be held by one of the leading Viennese law firms, Schindler Attorneys. The event will begin with a welcome gala at the Albertina Museum and will be opened by Karoline Edtstadler, Federal Minister for EU and Constitution at the Republic of Austria, and Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich CEO Heinrich Schaller. On behalf of DZP, the event will be attended by Krzysztof Zakrzewski, Managing Partner and Head of DZP’s Corporate and M&A Practice.

Krzysztof will take part in a discussion panel on the M&A transactions, during which he will present their legal perspective and the challenges faced by lawyers advising on these matters. The discussion will be moderated by Annette Pospich from Noerr law firm, and the other participants will be:

• Ting Chen from Cravath, Swaine & Moore,
• Kate Romain from Bredin Prat,
• Maximillian Schiessl from Hengeler Mueller.
